Send the UTD Table Tennis Club to the National Championships
2016 NCTTA Table Tennis National Championships
The UT Dallas Table Tennis Club has once again exceeded expectations and qualified for NCTTA National Championships for the second consecutive year. Last year, UT Dallas qualified for nationals for the first time, and placed seventh overall. This made a big impact in our club’s growth, and we are extremely proud of the achievement. We have a great mix of players — ranging from freshmen to doctoral students — and we are ready to give our best at the 2016 national championships.
This year’s event will be held March 25–27 in Round Rock, Texas. It’s a three-hour drive from campus, which will help us save on travel expenses. We have received funding from the University to cover registration fees and uniforms, but the players must pay for all other expenses.
We Need Your Help!
We are excited to represent UT Dallas at the national championships, but our squad needs your help to get there. The tournament is less than two weeks away. To send our 11-member squad to nationals, it will cost $1,500 for transportation, lodging and meals. Please help our team bring home the national championship trophy. Any amount you give is sincerely appreciated.
