CreateUTD

AIGA UTD is an organization that empowers students in the design and arts. By fostering talented artists and design thinking, we aim to develop a strong community of creatives here at UT Dallas. Our group fosters networking, collaboration and opening new horizons for multidisciplinary projects.

CreateUTD is a three-week event where individuals and multip-disciplinary teams of students are given a prompt and participants must use design-thinking and communication skills to tackle it. This culminates in a final presentation and award night where participants can show off what they created.

Our fundraising goal is centered around helping students grow their artistic passions and providing them the necessary tools they would need in our club to help them grow. To achieve this, we will use funds for workshops as a part of CreateUTD to foster design thinking, including a special award night to give participants a sense of accomplishment. Your support would be significantly beneficial for our mission as well as for design students at UT Dallas.
