Help send Women's Club Volleyball to Nationals

The Women’s Volleyball Club at UTD has a mission to create an environment where players can develop leadership and teamwork, build confidence, improve physical and mental well-being and create lasting friendships. This year, our goal is to attend nationals, where we’ll have the opportunity to compete against teams from across the country. We believe competing in this event will help us further our mission and achieve everything we stand for.

Last season, the Women’s Volleyball Club ranked 9th in the Southern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association. We also competed at nationals in Kansas City, Missouri, where we achieved our best finish ever by placing first in the Copper D1 division. This year, if we meet our fundraising goals, we’re aiming to surpass last season’s success and set new records for our team.

Nationals for the 2024-25 season will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. Our club is mindful of the financial situations of our players, and we take pride in easing the burden of travel expenses. To help cover traveling costs, we’ve set a fundraising goal of $4,000. Achieving this goal will allow us to significantly reduce the costs for our players, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to attend and compete. These travel costs would include flights, rental cars and hotels. If there are excess funds, we would use them as an entry fee for another tournament.

Your support will directly impact our players by providing the opportunity to compete at the national level, experience top-tier competition and represent UTD with pride. Every contribution helps foster their growth as athletes and leaders.
