Summer camp is often a highlight of a debater’s summer. Not only does it help them prepare to compete in the upcoming year, but camp is often where students make lifelong friends, hone a love for speech and debate, and visit a college campus.

The Mean Green Comet Debate Institute has offered the very best in debate and speech education for more than 25 years. One of our primary goals has been to make summer speech and debate camp affordable. To that end, the MGC has offered thousands of dollars in scholarships to students who would otherwise be financially unable to attend camp. Your support will directly benefit a middle school or high school student and enable them to learn from MGC’s exceptional staff, leading curriculum, and the amazing DFW debate community.
